Hi family! Raaya here and I am going to just get right to it.


Let's be honest: we have been taught to strive for success with an unrelentless drive. Don't get me wrong- every successful CEO, influencer, and entrepreneur will tell you that this has been THE sole means for attaining their success. However, I honestly believe that our culture also continues to struggle in handling wellness...well. What we gain in hustle, we lose in balance and before we know it, our emotional/behavioral, physical, and spiritual sides of us (the very three areas in us that are imminent to our well being) begins to demand our attention in every kind of wrong way.


In the midst of all of our busy, we have simply lost the ability to pause.


This is why one can be exceptionally physically fit, but untreated emotional stress could still lead to disease. Another could be spiritually saved, and experience anxiety and bouts of depression. Someone else could be mentally and spiritually sound, and physically unhealthy. All of these parts alone, can produce high functioning people who still struggle with wellness. However, to be fully well is a combination of all 3.


I created this blog to provide content that will support and equip a lifestyle that allows us to walk in our original design- Wholeness: mind, body, and soul.


Lastly, you are being invited into a journey of growth work that will be ongoing. But, I am asking tonight: do you want to be WELL? I thought that you did. And I am so excited to grow on this journey with you!
