Day 8: Kettlebell Burpees
A. Start in plank position with kettlebells on either side of hands. B. Jump feet up to squat position, grab kettlebells, holding them with arms long at sides, and jump up. C. Land in a squat, place kettlebells back on floor, and jump feet back to plank position. Repeat. Reps: 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest Sets: 4
